Today's mah birfday. :B I've still been rather silent lately, I've gotten more into writing than socialization, but I'd like to hit up dA again sometime soon. I still love you guys, I promise. Also, what's with me still having my = hat even though my sub is done? I thought I had to have a sub to be a beta, but go figure... I'll renew it soon as my birthday cash starts flowing in... Should be Sunday.

If I don't get as much as I was hoping for, I'll be kind of screwed, since I have to put about $80 into my car, so I'll still have to wait to renew my sub for the year. :noes: I may just have to wait for my gigantic bonus check at the end of the year (I haven't taken a single sick or personal day, and I'll get paid for all of 'em in a lump sum. Like, an entire extra two weeks of pay. Christmas shopping money.) Oh well. I should remember what dA with ads looks like anyways, for posterity. :P

It's looking like a good birthday, though the day is still young. I kicked ass at work (a wonderful eight-hour shift), and my crew manager said that he's pushing for me to get a promotion soon, and that the night manager totally agreed. Huzzah! More pay! And then, my tax return in January! The winter looks to be prosperous for me.

Also, my parental unit is taking me to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner. I've never been but I'm delighted at the prospect of being able to gorge myself on filet mignon and pumpkin cheesecake.
